Nothing depicts the “Best of the Barossa” more so than St Hallett, and with the opportunity to take over an iconic institution like “The Oaks”, it was a chance for Yakusan to showcase the craftsmanship of St Hallett to some city folk.
We were able to bring the brand’s rich heritage to life with a month long on premise activation that consisted of a pop up up tasting bar, blending sessions with master winemakers, St Hallett Saturday sessions with live music, & lazy long lunches in true Barossa style.
With venue dressings & installations throughout the space & under the iconic garden Oak tree, all patrons were immersed in a true St Hallett brand experience which left a lasting impression long after the last sip.
