Yakusan partnered with Surf Life Saving Queensland and Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast to create the ‘Surf Shack’, a fun interactive stand and awareness piece around surf safety. During the month of March, visitors to the centre learnt a wealth of surf safety tips and took the touch screen quiz with the possibility to win a gift card to the centre. Shoppers could also show their appreciation for all the hard work our Life Savers do by leaving their contribution at our tap & go donation station.

Robina wanted to develop a meaningful and authentic Autumn campaign, aiming to drive visitation to the centre, showcase their diverse offering and evoke an emotive connection with the locals through the connection with Surf Life Saving. The campaign was a great success and generated News coverage on Channel 7.
