It was time for Little Creatures to spread their word outside of their homelands of Freemantle, Melbourne and Geelong. It was time for Sydney to “Open up a Little”, and with a partnership secured with the Spectrum Now Festival, Yakusan had the perfect location in the Domain to be able to have a bit of fun and create a playground for new and old Creature followers to come and let their hair down. And what better way to open up a little than sipping on a refreshing Pale Ale in a custom designed beer garden.

If it was music that took your fancy, then you could learn how to strum away on a ukulele, or sit back to enjoy the dulcet tones of Angus & Julia Stone performing on the main stage. Or if you had a competitive edge, then you could try your skills at giant jenga, skittles, quoits, or even a hula hoop competition. But you couldn’t have a true Hops Garden without being able to sit around Milo the Combi & learn the Little Creatures secrets from the master brewers at the Little Creatures beer workshops.

Next stop… Brisbane Festival.
